Learn how to make soft and healthy तांदळाची भाकरी - Tandlachi Bhakri with our chef Archana<br /><br />Rice Bhakri (Tandalachi Bhakri) is a typical Maharashtrian flatbread made using rice flour. It takes just a couple of ingredients to make Rice bhakri and once you get a hang of it, they are quite simple to make. Rice bhakri should be had hot, smeared with butter or ghee. You can have this bhakri/roti with Pithale, Jhunka, Gravy of any Bean varieties or Lentil garvey's, also Chicken or Mutton Rassa/Curry would be awesome too.<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2)<br /><br />- 1 cup of water <br />- Salt<br />- 1 tsp Oil<br />- 1 cup Rice Flour<br /><br />Method:<br /><br />1. Keep the pan on a medium flame gas. Add water, salt, oil in the pan and let it boil.<br /><br />2. Once, the water starts boiling, turn down the flame and start adding rice flour and mix it properly<br /><br />3. Close the lid for around 5 minutes and let it cool<br /><br />4. Now, take the dough in a bowl and start kneading it with the help of some water and oil<br /><br />5. Knead it until dough becomes soft and then make small balls of this dough to make bhakris<br /><br />6. Start rolling these small pieces of dough with the help of some rice flour <br /><br />7. Take a pan on the gas, turn on the flame and place the rolled dough on it <br /><br />8. Flip the rolled dough and then roast it on direct gas<br /><br />9. In the same way, make the remaining bhakris too <br />
